Requiring 12 units for the qualification, consisting of:
• A minimum of 5 units from the Sales domain.
• A minimum of 3 units from the Common Business units at Certificate
III including BSBCMN311A.
• 4 Units from the Business Services Training package or any
other endorsed training package, of which a minimum of 2 units must
be from a Certificate III qualification and 2 units may be included
from a Certificate II or IV qualification.
