Requiring 10 units for the qualification, consisting of:
• A minimum of 4 units from the Employment Services domain.
• A minimum of 3 units from the Common Business units.
• 3 Units from the Business Services Training package or any
other endorsed training package, of which a minimum of 2 units must
be from a Certificate IV qualification and 1 units may be included
from a Certificate III or Diploma qualification.
