MCO Founder and Director - Melinda Symon
Melinda Symon is MCO's founder and is a Director of MCO and the Gympie Conference Centre. Melinda formed Managed Corporate Outcomes Pty Ltd (MCO) in April 2003 to provide management consulting, human resources and training services to all industries.
Melinda's career began in the Defence Forces in the clerical and administrative section. Since leaving the Defence Force, Melinda has pursued a career in human resources management.
Melinda held various management positions prior to forming MCO, and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience throughout her working life. She has extensive experience in career management, organisational development, strategic planning, business development and project management.
Melinda's experience also includes managing numerous federal and state government contracts for commercial and non-profit organisations. Melinda has also acted as a consultant to local businesses, and has assisted with government funding and business development of awarded contracts.
Rosina Aston - Business Facilitator
Rosina Aston has extensive experience as a trainer/facilitator, delivering a range of programs to diverse client groups such as long term unemployed through to senior executives. Throughout her career, Rosina has worked in senior sales/marketing and management positions. Rosina owned her own recruitment agency for seven years, providing recruitment and training services.
