Managed Corporate Outcomes Pty Ltd (MCO) respects the privacy rights of all individuals in the workplace. Furthermore, our Management Team is committed to ensuring we comply at all times with its obligation under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cwth).
All information provided to MCO is confidential and is retained in accordance to relevant Privacy legislation. It is the participant's responsibility to provide notice of any change of details or arrangements.

This document covers a range of important policy matters, including our Code of Practice, our complaints, grievances and appeals processes, our risk management/continuous improvement policy, mutual recognition, access and equity policy, assessment and recognition of prior learning policy and privacy issues. It also deals with a number of important student issues, such as those pertaining to misconduct, student records, fees and charges, refunds, cancellations and bookings, enrolment and course completion.

Computer Course and Certificate IV Training and Assessment Cancellations/Transfers
If a cancellation or transfer of a course is received within five (5) working days, the enrolment will incur a fee of 50% of the total course cost. If a cancellation or transfer of a course is received within three (3) working days, the enrolment will incur a fee of 100% of the total course cost.
Managed Corporate Outcomes Pty Ltd (MCO) reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments. Notification of a cancelled course will be provided prior to the commencement of the course.
